Project Task Analysis/Resource Management Updates

Wouldn't it be great if you could see TimeSheet-chargeable project tasks in Gantt chart? We've added a schedule view to the Project Task Analysis that can be used to auto-maintain task percent complete based on forecasted and expended hours. You can quickly get a visual on the status of your project and even make quick edits. All a project manager has to do after initially setting up a project schedule is to make task start/end date and hour adjustments on a periodic basis to keep the information accurate. Project and Resource Loading views provide the necessary information to aide as a tool in the Resource Management and Project Staffing process.

Project Task Analysis Schedule View

A TimeSheet Tasks view for employees was also added. This view takes advantage of the project task analysis data to allow an employee to view tasks across projects in order to generate a "to-do" list. Various filters and sorting are provided to allow quick access to the desired data.
