Getting a customer order is the apex of the sales transaction, the pinnacle of the proposal process. Once the customer has agreed to purchase your product or service and signed an Order, you are ready to begin the assigned work. In most cases, this results in the creation of a Project to track status of development of the deliverables and maintain good communication with the customer. Order creation in GrandView is simple and is yet another centralized feature available from the Sales > Orders tab. Different views allow you to view all orders or just the orders you have created. Filters allow you to find a specific set of orders. Initializing a project from an Order is as simple as clicking the Initialize Project button once you've completed entering order information.
