Project Audit and Close

GrandView makes auditing projects an easy task, since all correspondence with customers are recorded in the Project Status Logs and files attached to those logs are also stored in GrandView. And with the current development of the new Project Execution Methodology, auditors will have a traceable sequence of steps recorded in GrandView for each project. Auditors will appreciate not having to sift through mountains of paper work to audit your projects.

Closing a project makes it inactive and assures that a configurable list of items has been completed. Inactive projects can't have their status logs modified nor other action items executed on them, such as purchases, invoices or time charges. Closed projects can easily be reactivated if necessary.
